Privacy policy
Updated September 19, 2026. Enrich: Expand Your Mind is operated by Murat Salcigil. This policy describes the paid iOS app, including its free allowance, email-code accounts, and subscriptions.
This website
This website is hosted by OpenAI Sites. Its hosting infrastructure processes network information needed to serve pages. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser request information when those font resources load. This landing page does not provide account sign-in, purchases, or enrichment processing; its App Store links take you to Apple.
Accounts and information we process
Your first enrichment can use an anonymous account identifier. To continue, you sign in using an email code. We process your email address, account identifier, authentication records, and the link between your first anonymous run and your signed-in account. We also process subscription status and dates, transaction identifiers, successful-run counts, request identifiers and security information to provide access, prevent duplicate charges, and enforce allowances.
When you request an enrichment, we process your submitted idea, pasted text or source URL, retrieved source material, selected advisors, and generated results. Do not submit secrets, sensitive personal information, or content you are not entitled to share. Requests include network information such as an IP address. Lightweight anonymous-abuse controls use a random installation identifier and keyed hashes of installation and IP information; these are not anonymous simply because they are hashed.
Service providers and what they receive
- Supabase: email and authentication data; submitted inputs and retrieved content during processing; account, subscription and usage records; request identifiers and network information; temporary recovery copies of generated results.
- Resend: your email address and authentication-email content, including your one-time sign-in code, to deliver sign-in emails.
- Apify: supported source URLs and retrieved public post content, including captions, audio/transcripts and images used for extraction. Enrich requests deletion of extraction runs and their associated storage after processing. Interrupted requests or provider failures can delay cleanup.
- Anthropic (Claude): your submitted or retrieved text, captions and transcripts, selected advisor instructions, and slide or cover images when needed to read on-screen text and generate the enrichment.
- RevenueCat: your pseudonymous Enrich account identifier, store purchase and subscription records, status and dates, and technical app/device information used by its SDK to manage access and restoration. Enrich does not send RevenueCat your email as a customer attribute, enrichment text, source URLs, transcripts, notes, highlights or advisor responses.
- Apple: iOS purchase and payment information through the App Store. Enrich does not receive your payment-card details.
These providers process information to operate the service and may retain security, operational or legally required records under their own policies. Their processing may take place outside your country. We do not promise immediate removal from their logs or backups.
Permission and your Library
Before the first enrichment, the app asks permission to share input with its processing services. You can reset that permission in Settings. Declining prevents enrichment processing; ordinary account and subscription operations still require their providers.
The current app stores saved reads, checklist selections, notes and highlights on your device, separated by Enrich account. Signing out hides that account’s Library; it does not delete it. Library content does not cloud-sync. Older ownerless device libraries are retained separately and are not automatically assigned to another signed-in account.
Saved reads include generated analysis, attribution, the source URL and a source excerpt of at most 200 characters. Full third-party captions, speech transcripts, OCR text and media are not saved in the Library. Transcripts can be processed to generate a read but are not offered as a saved transcript feature. Sharing or copying sends content to the destination you choose.
Retention and recovery
The server may retain a recovery copy of a completed enrichment containing generated results, attribution, the source URL and a short excerpt. After 24 hours it is no longer available for recovery; its payload is cleared when cleanup runs during subsequent membership operations. This is not a guarantee of physical deletion exactly at 24 hours. Full source transcripts, captions, OCR text and media are excluded from that recovery copy.
Usage and transaction records are retained separately to enforce lifetime and subscription allowances, prevent replay and resolve operational issues. The current usage ledger does not have an automatic time-based deletion schedule. Account information remains until account deletion; device Library content remains until you delete it or remove the applicable local data. Provider logs and backups follow provider retention policies.
Deleting your account or data
Use Settings → Manage account → Delete account to request account deletion in the app. Successful deletion removes your Enrich authentication account and identity links, requests removal of your RevenueCat customer profile, and clears the deleted account’s local Library on that device. Other accounts’ scoped Libraries are preserved. Unfinished requests may temporarily delay deletion; abandoned reservations expire after 15 minutes.
Subscription-scoped usage records remain with the Enrich user link removed so deletion and restoration cannot reset paid usage. Retained records can include subscription/product identifiers, billing periods, run states and timestamps. Generated recovery content and device/IP hashes are removed from those retained rows during account deletion. Apple and other providers may retain transaction, legal, security or backup records independently. Account deletion does not cancel your Apple subscription: cancel it in App Store subscription settings.
You can delete individual local reads in Library. For access, correction, privacy questions or removal of records under our control, contact support@enrich-mind.com. We may need to verify ownership. We cannot remotely erase copies on other devices or content you shared elsewhere.
Advertising and changes
The app does not include advertising or advertising-tracking integrations. We do not sell your submitted content. Hosting and processing services may keep operational and security logs. We will update this page when our practices change; the date above identifies this version.
